Alexis Bergeron is a Registered Social Worker providing virtual therapy for individuals navigating traumatic experiences and the lasting impact they can have on daily life, relationships, and emotional wellbeing. Her work is grounded in creating a supportive, steady space where clients can process difficult experiences at their own pace and move toward feeling more regulated, connected, and secure.
Alexis has experience supporting individuals across clinical, community, and healthcare settings and integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) approaches into her work.
She holds a Bachelor and Masters of Social Work from the University of Windsor and has completed advanced training in trauma-focused therapy, including EMDR.
